Intelligent drive thanks to micro hybrid technology
The drive system is based on a powerful 3-cylinder aluminium engine 52 kW with micro hybrid technology.
This so-called "micro hybrid drive system" (mhd) consists of the following elements:
- Belt-driven starter generator,
- electronic controller and
- AGM battery.
Maximum stop/start availability can be realised in combination with the automated manual 5-speed transmission that comes as standard.
Idling phases can be used to shut down the engine without compromising on functionality or driving comfort.
